Is there a free version?
There's a free three-day trial with everything unlocked, but no permanent free tier. After three days the beeps stop until you buy a licence.
What do I need to run it?
An Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) running macOS 12 or newer, or a Windows 10/11 PC, with a webcam.
Will I have to pay again?
No. $14.99 covers version 1 and every 1.x release: bug fixes, platform updates, and new features in the 1 series. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. If a version 2 is ever released as a paid upgrade, your version 1 licence keeps working.
Refunds?
14 days, no questions asked. Email support@notouchface.com, or request it directly through Paddle at paddle.net with your order details. A refund deactivates the licence key.
Why does my statement say Paddle?
Paddle is our merchant of record. They run the checkout, send your receipt, and handle sales tax and VAT wherever you are, so their name appears on your statement instead of ours. Your card details never touch our servers.
Do I need to be online?
Only briefly. The app checks your licence when it starts the trial, when you activate a purchase, and periodically after that. A paid licence keeps working offline if a check can't reach the server.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. Paste the same licence key on every computer you use — there's nothing to deregister when you switch machines. If several people in a household or team each want it, please buy a licence each.
What if I lose my licence key?
Email support@notouchface.com from the address you bought with and we'll resend it.
