Terms of Service
These terms cover the No Touch Face desktop app and this website, both made by XN Digital LLC. Using either means you agree to them. They're short and written to be read.
The license
No Touch Face is sold as a one-time purchase: $14.99 covers version 1 and every 1.x update. A future major version may be a separate purchase; your 1.x license keeps working either way.
- One license is for one person, on the computers that person uses. Reinstall freely; move machines freely.
- Don't share, resell, or publish your license key. A household or team with several users buys a license per person.
- The app and its code remain ours (and that of its open-source components, under their own licenses). You're buying the right to use it, not ownership of it.
The free trial
Every install gets a 3-day trial — no card, no account. One trial per person: creating fresh install IDs to re-trial is against these terms, and honestly, at $14.99, more effort than it's worth.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, your receipt, and any sales tax or VAT.
If No Touch Face isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked. Refunds deactivate the license key. Full details, including how to request one through Paddle directly, are on the refund policy page.
Not a medical device
No Touch Face is a habit-support tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. Body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) such as trichotillomania and dermatillomania are clinical conditions; the gold-standard treatment is habit reversal training with a trained clinician. If that's what brought you here, the TLC Foundation for BFRBs is the right starting point, and this app is at most an adjunct alongside that work.
What the app needs
Detection runs entirely on your computer, but starting a trial and activating a license require reaching our license server (see the privacy page for exactly what's sent — it's a random install ID, nothing personal). If we ever retire the license server, we'll ship a final update that removes the check, so a license you paid for keeps working.
Fair play
Don't redistribute the app, tamper with the license mechanism, or use the software to break the law. That's the whole list.
No warranty, limited liability
No Touch Face is provided as-is. Habit detection is imperfect by nature: it will miss some touches and flag some non-touches, and we make no promise about outcomes. To the maximum extent the law allows, XN Digital LLC's total liability for any claim related to the app or this site is capped at what you paid for your license. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, in which case these apply only as far as permitted.

Articles and guides here are general information, not medical advice. We may change or remove site content at any time.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll note it on this page with the date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
