What to write about

• Lost your licence key? Send the email address you bought with and we'll resend it.
• Bought it but the app still asks you to pay? Tell us and we'll get it unlocked.
• Want a refund? See the refund policy, then email us.
• Beeping too much, or not at all? Tell us what computer you're on and how your camera is set up. Lighting and camera angle make a real difference, and we can usually suggest a fix.
• Bug, idea, or complaint? Also welcome. Especially the third one.

Response time

We aim to reply within two business days. No Touch Face is made by a small team, so it's not a 24/7 support desk — but every email reaches a human, not a ticket queue.

Billing and receipts

Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. For invoices, VAT receipts, or card statement questions, you can reach them directly at paddle.net with your order details, or email us and we'll help.
